Refund Policy

Overview

We try provide San Diego with the highest quality movie night rentals. We understand that circumstances can affect movie nights. Whether its bad weather(High Winds & Rain) or a health emergency like Covid outbreaks we try to be flexible with our clients. This is why our policy is to allow you to transfer your movie night rental product payments to another event date up to one year. All dates are subject to availability & approval. Monetary refunds may be given in some rare circumstances if approved.

Deposit: The deposit is used to secure your event date. We receive thousands of quote requests a year. We are limited to a certain number of rentals on a given date so we require a deposit to secure the date for your event. When we do this we often turn down other events who request a rental after the original request. Just like in the hospitality or car rental business the deposit is not refunded in order to keep events from being canceled last minute.

Remaining Balance

If your rental balance has been paid in full we allow you to request a refund of the balance minus the deposit & card fees if paid with a credit card if requested 30 or more days from the event date. Refunds given through Square can take up to 7-10 days to arrive in some circumstances. We can also refund using Venmo, cash or check.
